Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe basic matters concerning the use and procedure of membership services (hereinafter referred to as "services") between device circuits (hereinafter referred to as "company") and users (hereinafter referred to as "members").

Article 2 Effect and Change of Terms of Use
① These terms and conditions take effect by posting them on the company's website (http://www.device-circuit.com/) and notifying the members.
② The company may change these terms and conditions if a reasonable reason arises, and if the terms and conditions are changed, it shall be announced in the same manner as in paragraph (1).

Application of Article 3 Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to members' use of the company's website, and matters not specified in the terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of relevant statutes.
